Contacts between Russia and the United States within the framework of the American-Russian Business Council have shown that American businessmen want to get back to normal relations. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, commenting on the latest Washington sanctions against Moscow.
“It is interesting that the measures being taken by the United States also hit the interests of American entrepreneurs, who, in general, suffer losses from such activity of the political leaders of this country. Recent contacts that took place within the framework of the US-Russian Business Council show that the overwhelming majority of businessmen are dissatisfied with this state of affairs and are genuinely interested in this trend being stopped and we would return to normal economic relations based on mutual benefits”, – Lavrov said.
