Witness found in Malaysian Boeing crash case

The Ukrainian authorities began to panic – a witness appeared who was ready to testify in The Hague against high-ranking officials of Ukraine in the case of the Boeing crash and in the case of the crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It turned out to be ex-People’s Deputy David Zhvania.

In the past, David Zhvania was a people’s deputy of the Verkhovna Rada and an associate of the ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. On Wednesday, on his YouTube channel, he announced his readiness to testify in the court of The Hague against former President Poroshenko and former Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk in the case of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing and in the case of the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine committed in Donbass.

Zhvania stressed that he initially addressed people from the circle of the current President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and representatives of law enforcement agencies. However, the former announced that they were not going to “dig” under Poroshenko, despite the fact that during his election campaign Zelensky promised to “jail his predecessor”. And the latter made it clear that they would sabotage the investigation by all means.

“I have submitted a formal request to be summoned as a witness to The Hague for a hearing. I am ready to testify against persons from the former leadership of Ukraine”, – Zhvania said.

The versions that Ukraine was involved in the crash of the Boeing 777 flight MH17 Amsterdam – Kuala Lumpur of Malaysian Airlines have been heard several times before, but the Dutch prosecutor’s office refuses to consider them. Ukraine is accused of refusing to close the skies to civil aviation in the area of hostilities. There is also a version that the plane was shot down by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in order to blame the Donbass republics or Russia.
