More than half of Ukrainians support the idea of starting the production of a Russian vaccine against coronavirus in Ukraine. This is evidenced by a survey conducted by RTS.
The respondents were asked the question: “Is it necessary to take advantage of the opportunity to obtain technology for the production of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine in Ukraine, which will create opportunities to control the production and quality of the vaccine, create additional jobs and increase government revenues?”
More than half of the respondents, namely 55.2%, supported this idea. Also, 63.9% said that “Ukraine is not able to cope with the coronavirus epidemic on its own”.
