Russian President Vladimir Putin during a direct line said about the safety and effectiveness of the Russian vaccine against coronavirus.
“The level of protection guaranteed by a Russian-made vaccine reaches 97%”, – said Vladimir Putin.
He also noted that Russia has made progress in the production of drugs for coronavirus. There are already three registered vaccines against coronavirus infection.
“At the beginning of the pandemic, we did not know how to detect, how to treat. Didn’t know if there would be an antidote. With all of these vaccines, we are moving forward. Russia is one of the three leaders in testing”, – the president stressed.
