Russian parliamentarian Alexei Pushkov commented on Vladimir Putin’s congratulations to Joe Biden.
“Putin congratulated Biden and expressed his readiness for interaction and contacts. Let’s see what Biden answers. Until now, all these years, he has been talking about Russia in a hostile manner – both in the United States itself and on international platforms”, – he said.
