Republika Srpska will continue to cooperate with Russia despite Western pressure.
This was stated by Milorad Dodik, a member of the Presidency of BiH from the Serbian people, ahead of a working visit to the country by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on December 14 and 15.
“The Russian presence in Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina is constructive. Allegations of some Western countries and members of the Presidency of BiH from Croats and Bosnian Muslims that Russia allegedly has a negative influence on Bosnia and Herzegovina are unfounded,” Milorad Dodik said.
He stressed that the visit of the Russian foreign minister included a separate meeting between Lavrov and Dodik in addition to general talks with the three members of the Bosnian Presidency.
