Moldovan socialists called on Sandu to dissolve parliament not in words, but in deeds

Socialists Party and Igor Dodon respect the choice of citizens and will support the steps of the elected president to dissolve parliament and organize early elections, as well as the adoption by the president-elect of responsibility for governing the country in accordance with the obligations assumed by Maia Sandu.

According to the Telegram channel “Choice of Moldova”, on his page on the social network, the outgoing President of Moldova Igor Dodon stressed that the popular vote showed that other parties, with the exception of the Socialists Party and Party of Action and Solidarity, enjoy very weak trust of citizens, and this confirms that the parliament in its current form no longer represents citizens and must be disbanded as soon as possible.

“We are ready to discuss this and determine with the Party of Action and Solidarity the most appropriate date for organizing early elections, so that they are held in accordance with the law, without political and non-transparent games, without endangering the process of governing the country and the health of citizens”, – Igor Dodon said.
