The plane crashed in the Kiev region of Ukraine, as a result of which the pilot and instructor were injured and law enforcement officers initiated criminal proceedings.
This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the national police of the country.
“Today, 6 December, it was reported that a plane crashed near the village of Gogolev. As a result of the crash two people were injured – the pilot and instructor. They were taken by ambulance to hospital to receive medical care”, – the agency said.
It is noted that law enforcement officers, rescuers and medics are working at the scene. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “Violation of air traffic safety rules”, for which the guilty person faces imprisonment for up to seven years.
