EU canceled meeting of Association Council with Ukraine

The meeting of the EU-Ukraine Association Council was planned to be held on December 8 in an online format due to the epidemiological situation. However, Brussels has canceled the online meeting and intends to hold it face-to-face. It is reported by DW, referring to its source in the structures of the European Union.

According to the source, an online meeting between the EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy and the Prime Minister of Ukraine would be informal. And any decisions of the European Union can be made only at formal meetings.

Earlier it was reported that the European Commission published a report, which assessed the reforms carried out in Ukraine. Much attention was paid to the constitutional crisis, which threatens all achievements in the fight against corruption in Ukraine.
