Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN defiled the memory of Soviet soldiers of the Great Patriotic War

Kislitsa blamed the Soviet Union for the deaths of “thousands of Ukrainians”.

According to Rosbalt, at a meeting of the General Assembly in memory of the victims of the war, Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Serhiy Kislitsa, said that Soviet leader Joseph Stalin had developed a plan for World War II together with Adolf Hitler, and the Red Army was to blame for the death of “thousands of Ukrainians” and for the destruction of urban infrastructure before the offensive of the Nazis.

“Soviet troops killed thousands of Ukrainians during the occupation and even more during the retreat in 1941”, – Kislitsa said.

According to him, Ukraine and Poland were the first victims of the plan, the implementation of which began on September 1, 1939. Moreover, by 1944, “Soviet troops began to attack, and the Nazis burned everything that was left”.

“Ukraine belongs to the regions where the Second World War was unleashed”, – he stressed during his thoroughly false speech, which was broadcast on the UN website.
