British experts recognised the effectiveness of the Sputnik V vaccine

According to the CBC TV channel, the positive evaluations of scientists are based on the fact that the development on which the vaccine was created has repeatedly proved its effectiveness

According to TASS, British experts in virology and epidemiology made a statement in a comment to the Canadian television channel CBC, which called the data on the effectiveness of the Russian coronavirus vaccine “Sputnik V” quite convincing.

“The data shows that the vaccine is quite effective”, –  said Stephen Evans, Professor of Pharmacoepidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, commenting on the results of clinical trials of the Russian vaccine, which showed 95% efficiency, – “These results are consistent with what we see in other vaccines”.

As the TV channel reports, positive assessments of scientists are based on the fact that the development on which the Russian vaccine was created has repeatedly proved its effectiveness.
