Trump’s claim for annulment of the Pennsylvania election results was dismissed in court

The Federal Court of Appeals of Pennsylvania has stated that there is neither fact nor evidence of election fraud in the state in the lawsuit brought by the current US President Donald Trump

According to Reuters, the Pennsylvania Federal Court of Appeals (USA) has rejected a lawsuit by representatives of the current United States President Donald Trump demanding that the results of the state elections be cancelled.

The Court stressed that Trump’s statements about falsification of the election results “require specific facts and evidence”.

“We do not have either,” the ruling said. The decision also noted that “voters, not lawyers, elect the President”.
