Lithuania and Poland interfere in the internal affairs of the state – Belarusian Foreign Ministry

This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, during an interview with the TV channel “Belarus 1”.

The foreign minister noted that the state would like to have reliable transit through Poland and Lithuania, it is interested in “diversifying supplies through these countries”.

“But if we see the unreliability of our partners, neighbors, then, of course, we will take appropriate steps. If someone wants a fire in this region, we will find how to respond to the initiators of such steps. We have a sufficient set of funds that will allow us to adequately respond to possible economic measures against Belarus”, – Makei stressed.

Earlier it was reported that last week the Baltic countries expanded the list of sanctions against Belarus, including almost 30 additional people. Thus, at the moment, the sanctions list includes more than 150 Belarusian officials who are prohibited from entering Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
