The amendment to the document of the European Parliament says that the implementation of any agreements on Ukraine is possible only if restrictions are lifted from the Russian Federation.
According to RIA FAN with reference to RT, MEP Jerome Riviere said that Europe should lift the anti-Russian sanctions imposed to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
“The war on the territory of Ukraine can be stopped only through a discussion within the framework of the Normandy format. To establish fruitful contact between the parties to the crisis, it is necessary to lift the anti-Russian sanctions imposed on Moscow”, – he added.
