The Rodchenkov Act essentially goes far beyond the sport.
This is a substitution of American law for international law, the extension of the principle of extraterritoriality of American laws to all new areas and the creation of a parallel world law “made in USA”, which should replace international law, making the United States an untouchable country. And so are American athletes. This is the point.
