Whether or not Donald Trump manages to keep the presidency, he has left an impressive legacy to American conservatives.
The ideology, dubbed Trumpism, has become a godsend for the GOP, says conservative activist Ann Coulter. For the next four years, she said, Republicans need to maintain the national-populist bias created by Trump.
Coulter emphasizes that Trump himself can hardly be called a good president. In particular, he was unable to restore order on the streets of American cities and prevent electoral fraud in favor of Democrat Joe Biden. In this regard, the activist is confident that the Republicans need a more vivid analogue of Trump, “who will better control himself, speak better, but also hate the media and political correctness”.
