Kosovars agreed to sit down at the negotiating table with Serbia at the EU request

The head of the so-called Kosovo government stressed that the suspension of the dialogue process with Serbia is not in the public interest of Kosovo and that Serbia and Kosovo continue to negotiate a final agreement on mutual recognition within the existing borders in Brussels.

The REGNUM news agency reports with reference to the Albanian news agency Telegrafi that on 11 November, the so-called “prime minister” of the self-proclaimed province of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, during a meeting with a delegation of the Swiss parliament headed by Speaker Isabelle More said that Kosovo agrees with the European Union that there is no alternative to the dialogue between the mutinous province and Serbia.

“The politicians also discussed the latest developments in Kosovo, with particular emphasis on the problem of resolving the epidemiological situation in the province, which is rapidly deteriorating. Attention was also paid to the fight against organised crime and corruption”, –  the report says.
