Trump stated that Biden must not falsely claim victory in the elections

The current US President does not rule out that he will regain leadership in several states as a result of litigation.

U.S. presidential candidate Joseph Biden from the Democrats has no right to claim to be the winner of the last U.S. presidential election while proceedings in the courts are ongoing. This was announced on Friday by the current U.S. President, Republican Donald Trump.

“Joe Biden should not make a false claim to the presidency. I could also make the same claim. The legal process is only starting now”, –  he wrote on Twitter.

Trump does not rule out that he will regain his leading position in elections in a number of states as a result of Republican-initiated legal proceedings.

“I had such a big break in all these states on the evening of election day, and then that break mysteriously disappeared after a few days. Perhaps that gap will recover as the trials that we initiated progress”, –  wrote the White House head.

The outcome of the current American presidential election is uncertain. According to general estimates, Biden is on the verge of receiving the 270 votes needed to win the election. He has also set a record for the number of votes cast (over 72 million). However, there are no official voting results yet, and Trump refuses to acknowledge a possible defeat and intends to wage a further battle to determine the results in US courts.
