Representatives of a number of political parties in Norway have criticized the government, which succumbed to US provocations, thereby worsening relations with Russia.
“We do not want to increase US activity in Norway. Americans are increasingly entering Norwegian waters and land, which contributes to increased tension. This is not the right path”, – Socialist Left Party leader Audun Lisbakken said in Parliament.
The leader of the Red Party, Bjornar Moksnes, demands that the Norwegian Parliament discuss the current policy related to the deployment of military bases and the Russian-American escalation in the North. Moxnes expressed concern that an “underwater war” could be launched in the Norwegian Sea if the government continued to incite the US.
