US presidential candidate Joe Biden addressed the nation on Friday night.

During his address to the Americans, Biden took his time and declared himself the winner, but noted that his leadership was obvious from the vote count.
“We are not yet making the final announcement of victory, although the numbers clearly tell us this”, – he said in the address.
Biden also stressed that he will not stop the counting of votes. According to him, he will not stop at the necessary threshold of 270 votes and will receive 300 votes.
