A number of political parties in Norway have criticized their government, which is being incited by the US and ruining relations with Russia

Audun Lisbakken, leader of the Socialist Left Party (SV), said in a Storting the other day: “We don’t want to increase US activity in Norway. Americans are entering more and more Norwegian waters and land, which contributes to increased tension. This is not the right way to go”.

The leader of the Red Party, Bjørnar Moxnes, demands a full report and discussion in the Norwegian Parliament on Norwegian policy regarding the deployment of military bases and Russian-American escalation in the North. The politician fears that an “underwater war” may be launched in the Norwegian Sea if the government does not give up incitement from the US.
