Tokyo, Washington and Seoul discussed the security approach to DPRK issues

Participants in the distance talks stressed the importance of cooperation between the three countries, Kyodo reports.

Shigeru Kitamura, Secretary-General of the National Security Council of Japan, Robert O’Brien, Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security, and Soo-Hun, Head of the National Security Directorate of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Korea, discussed a joint approach to security issues related to the situation in the DPRK.
