Fox: Trump’s headquarters informed the Minister of Justice of the illegal vote in Nevada

Republicans expect the number of such violations to increase as new data becomes available.

The election headquarters of Republican Party candidate Donald Trump sent a letter on Thursday to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General William Barr stating cases of illegal mail-order voting in the state of Nevada. This was reported by the Fox News channel.

“We initially identified 3,062 people who appeared to have sent ballots improperly by mail”, –  the letter says. According to the Republicans, they expect the number of such irregularities to increase as new data becomes available.

The victory in Nevada gives the U.S. presidential candidate six votes out of the 270 needed to become president. This state is one of the hesitant ones where the outcome of the vote is not decided. According to CNN, Democrat Joseph Biden is 0.9 percentage points ahead of Republican Donald Trump in Nevada, with 89% of the ballots processed.

General elections were held in the USA on 3 November. They elected the President and Vice-President, all 435 members of the House of Representatives and one third of the U.S. Senate, and governors of 13 states and territories. The winner of the presidential race has not yet been determined. The candidate must collect at least 270 votes of the electorate to be elected president.

Republican Donald Trump, according to the forecast of Associated Press (AR), has secured the support of 214 voters, Democrat Joseph Biden – 264. According to CNN TV, as well as several other American media, Biden has so far received only 253 votes. This is due to the fact that Fox News and AR previously forecast that the Democrat candidate won in Arizona, where 11 votes are at stake. However, many other reputable media outlets believe that the results of the state vote are not yet so clear and there is no hurry to predict the victory of any candidate.
