The Hague Court confirmed the war crimes charge against the president of the temporary establishment in Pristina, Hashim Thaci, who resigned from this post.
Hashim Thaci announced at a press conference in Pristina that the KLA Criminal Court in The Hague had confirmed the charges against him and that he was stepping down as President of Pristina’s temporary institutions.
Earlier today, the indictment was confirmed against the President of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veselji, who announced that he would surrender to investigators.
In June, the specialized prosecutor’s office in The Hague indicted Thaci and Veseli.
