Dodon urged Sandu to debate on neutral platform

The current President of Moldova, Igor Dodon, said at a press conference that he wanted to hold a debate with Maia Sandu.

“I ask citizens to analyze all the risks. I am ready to discuss all these topics in a debate with Maia Sandu. I ask the staff of my headquarters to contact her staff and negotiate a meeting on a neutral platform, we have something to talk about”, – Dodon said during a press conference.

Let’s remind that the presidential elections took place on November 1. Two candidates made it to the second round: incumbent president Igor Dodon and radical Maia Sandu, who in her interview announced plans to “purge” parliament.
