US President Donald Trump plans a massive reshuffle of the administration in the event of a second term. The dismissals may primarily affect the heads of health and intelligence agencies, the Politico newspaper reported on Sunday.

According to its sources, Alex Azar, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert Redfield, Director of the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Gina Haspel, Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and Mark Esper, Head of the Pentagon, are eligible for dismissal.

According to sources, the personnel changes will not affect U.S. Attorney General William Barr, U.S. Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin and Secretary of State Michael Pompeo.

Deputy White House spokesman Judd Deer told the publication that the administration does not intend to make any announcements about the staff changes at this time.

Earlier, Axios, citing sources, reported on Trump’s plans to fire Haspel and Esper if re-elected.
