As the FAS writes, in a speech in Wisconsin, President Donald Trump said that the USA won two world wars and defeated “fascism and communism”.
“We rely on American heroes who have crossed oceans, populated the continent, conquered wildlife, built railways, built tall skyscrapers, won two World Wars, defeated fascism and communism and turned America into the only great country in the history of the world. The best is yet to come”, – Trump said.
Alas, it has become the norm for the West to forget about the decisive contribution of the USSR to the victory over fascism.
