Donald Trump expects to win in vacillating states, where it is not clear to the last which party and which candidate will prevail in the elections. This statement was made by the director of the White House for strategic communications Alissa Farah.
“There are various alignments that can lead us to the magic number 270 (the number of votes required for the electoral college to win)”, – Farah said.
“Of course we would like to win in Pennsylvania”.
A victory in that state, where Trump pulled ahead in the 2016 election, gives the candidate 20 electoral votes. Prior to the current American leader, the last Republican to win in Pennsylvania was George W. Bush in 1988.
“We also see that there are predictions that promise us victory in Nevada and Arizona, some states of the Midwest”, – Farah said.
