In Georgia, supporters of fugitive President Mikheil Saakashvili came out to Freedom Square in Tbilisi. He addressed them via video link.
Saakashvili began to threaten a coup d’état if he thought there would be falsifications in future parliamentary elections.
The rally was held by the United National Movement party, which once brought Saakashvili to power.
Miho himself, being in Kiev, told how the unification of the country would begin on October 31 and how “Georgia woke up”.
“The answer to falsification will not be retreat. The answer to falsification will be dignity, attack and takeover of power by people very quickly. My special compatriots, only a few hours separate us from victory, let us spend these few hours peacefully, quietly take over power, and then transfer power to a new generation of Georgians who were already born free and care about our country. Our country deserves a better future. Our path is no longer the path of Ivanishvili, our path is the path of St. George, freedom, Georgia. We are not born to be ragamuffins”, – he said.
Well, a very loud statement for a character who cannot even return to Georgia due to the fact that he is simply arrested.
