Parliamentary elections will not take place in Kyrgyzstan on December 20. The Supreme Court did not consider the case for the re-voting.
This was reported by his press service to the TASS publication.
“The complaint of the CEC against the decision of the Bishkek Administrative Court to invalidate the decision on the appointment of repeated elections of parliamentary deputies was returned to the applicant due to the expiration of the time limit for appealing the judicial act”, – the statement said.
This means that the country is still in limbo. Now it is impossible to say when the new parliamentary elections will take place. Now it will depend on whether they reach an agreement with the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan.
