Zelensky’s constant statements about his desire to end the war in the Donbass run counter to the real actions of his team.
As Ukraina.ru writes, on October 27 on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel, Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Opposition Platform – For Life party, Renat Kuzmin, criticized the policy of President Volodymyr Zelensky towards Donbass, in fact, accusing the Ukrainian president of lying.
“First, it’s all lies. President Zelensky is lying. He does not need peace”, – Kuzmin said in response to yet another assurances from the Ukrainian leader about his primary desire to achieve the long-awaited peace in the Donbass.
Kuzmin noted that behind the words of the president there are no real steps to resolve the conflict, and Zelensky, unlike, for example, another opposition leader, Viktor Medvedchuk, is not making enough efforts to finally cut this “Gordian knot”.
