A group of unknown persons stormed the building of a special police unit in Khost province in eastern Afghanistan on Tuesday. TOLOnews reports with reference to the local police chief that several members of the security forces were injured in the clash.

It is noted that the security forces managed to destroy another vehicle with attached explosives. No other details have been given yet.
