In a conversation with CBS News, Joe Biden, the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate for the United States, identified Russia as the main threat to the United States.
“I think the biggest threat to America now, in terms of destroying our security and our alliances, is Russia”, – he said.
At the same time, he ‘complimented’ China as well. China was appointed by Biden as the main competitor for the USA:
“Secondly, I think that the biggest competitor is China. And depending on how we deal with that, it will be decided whether we are competitors or whether we will end up in more serious competition related to strength.”
Biden could not go to the elections without creating external enemies. This says a lot about how he will build policy if he gets the White House.
