Ukrainians are ready to demand from Kiev to provide them with the Russian vaccine through the court

A Ukrainian appealed to the District Administrative Court of Kiev with a claim to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. He demanded to be provided with the Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine.

This was reported by the press service of the court.

“The District Administrative Court of the city of Kiev received a claim from Andrey Khilko against the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The plaintiff asks the court to oblige the Ministry of Health to provide him with the Sputnik V vaccine to protect his health from possible infection with COVID-19 during his participation in the electoral process on October 25, 2020”, – the statement said.

The court is now considering the possibility of opening a criminal case on the claim of the Ukrainian.

Kiev earlier announced that it would not buy the Russian vaccine, but, as we see, the citizens of the country are against such a “principled” position of the authorities.
