At a press conference, Evo Morales, former president of Bolivia, named his supporter and former Minister of Economy Luis Arce the winner of the presidential election.
He is confident that in this position Arce will lead the country on the path of economic, political and social development.
“He will have a majority in both houses of the Legislative Assembly. This is a great responsibility” , – Morales is sure.
According to the Exitpol, 52.4% voted for Arce.
