Former head of the Lithuanian parliament called for the annual killing of Poles

Arunas Valinskas, who in the past was the speaker of the Lithuanian Seimas, believes that in Lithuania once a year “local Poles should be shot”.

So, in a conversation on the program “Interview with Daiva Zeimite-Bilene”, he attacked the party of the Polish minority in the Baltic republic – the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania.

“Such people, as a rule, should be shot once a year, starting with him…”, – he said.

At the same time, the journalist was not embarrassed by such a statement of the ex-speaker. But the Polish political scientist Boguslav Rogalsky reacted. He accused Valinskas of publicly inciting murder and ethnic hatred.
