A strong explosion took place in the vicinity of Stepanakert, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the source, a flash was visible at the site of the explosion, smoke went up. It is specified that a flying drone was heard in the sky over Stepanakert. City air defense systems fired several volleys at it.
