The leaders announced their readiness for further close coordination within the OPEC + framework.
According to the Kremlin press service on Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud in a telephone conversation, which took place for the second time this week, discussed the agreements in the OPEC + format and announced their readiness for further coordination at this direction.
“In continuation of the previous telephone conversation, on October 13, a thorough exchange of views was held on the implementation of the existing agreements in the OPEC + format. Both sides reiterated their readiness for further close coordination in this area in order to maintain stability in the world energy market”, – the TASS news agency quoted the press service as saying.
The parties also discussed the prospects for using the Russian Sputnik-V vaccine in Saudi Arabia.
