The US hopes to receive a “signal” from Russia on the nuclear deal

The US hopes to receive a signal from Russia “in the coming days” that it will agree to the proposed nuclear arms deal. This was announced by the U.S. President’s Special Envoy for Arms Control, Marshall Billingsley.

The U.S. hopes to receive a “signal” from Russia on the nuclear deal, said Marshall Billingsley, the U.S. President’s Special Envoy for Arms Control.

“I hope that we will see clear signals of this in the coming days”, –  he said.

Recall that the START 3 treaty between Russia and the US came into force on 5 February 2011.
