The Russian Ministry of Defence called on the heads of defence agencies of Armenia and Azerbaijan to implement the agreements

The Russian Minister of Defence personally addressed his colleagues.

TASS reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu called on the heads of defense agencies of Armenia and Azerbaijan to fully fulfill their obligations under the agreements reached in Moscow.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Shoigu held talks by telephone with the heads of the two defense departments.
“In the course of the talks, Russian Defense Minister General Sergei Shoigu called on his colleagues to fully fulfill the obligations of the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides in accordance with the agreements reached in Moscow on October 10”, –  the Ministry said.

It should be reminded that at the meeting of the heads of diplomatic departments of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan in Moscow on 9 October, an agreement was reached to suspend military operations in Nagorno Karabakh from 12:00 on 10 October, but unfortunately the truce did not last more than an hour. The parties to the conflict accuse each other of failing to reach an agreement.
