Polish President Andrzej Duda expressed his opinion on ending the war in Donbass.
He said nothing new and almost exactly repeated his position to Kiev: the war will end if Russia ‘returns’ the territory to Ukraine.
But the problem is that the Russian side did not take any territory. The Crimea made a decision, its residents voted to become part of the Russian Federation. It is impossible to “return” them anywhere. As for Donbass, Russia has nothing to do with the decision of the LPR and the DNR will break away from Ukraine. Here, Kiev has done everything for this and, by the way, continues to exacerbate the situation.
The Duma categorically does not understand this and will repeat it to Kiev. In addition, he also accused Russia of trying to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO and the EU in this way. They put it from the sick head: the “unhealthy” one just can’t meet the conditions to join these alliances, but for some reason Russia is again to blame.
