Before the elections Trump thought about withdrawing his troops from Somalia

Bloomberg has learned that American President Donald Trump has decided to withdraw US troops from Somalia.

The publication refers to its knowledgeable sources.

According to journalists, Trump told his advisers that he intends to withdraw American soldiers from Somalia. This will be a fulfillment of the election promise to bring the US military home.

The Pentagon has even begun to develop a plan for the president. National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien, Secretary of Defense Mark Esper and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Millie are all involved.

There are currently about 800 US military personnel in Somalia.
