Command-staff exercises “Indestructible Brotherhood-2020” started on the territory of Belarus

In Belarus, the command-staff exercises (CSU) “Indestructible Brotherhood-2020” have begun. They will last until October 16.


Peacekeeping forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will take part in the maneuvers.
This was told in the Secretariat of the Organization:

“The topic of the exercise is Preparation and conduct of a peacekeeping operation by the Collective Peacekeeping Forces (CMF) of the CSTO. The exercises will take place in the Vitebsk region at the Losvido training ground of the 103rd separate guards airborne brigade”.

The exercises involve the contingents of the CSTO member states, operational groups of the Joint Staff and the CSTO secretariat, police (militia) forces and units of the ministries of emergency situations.

About 700 people and more than 100 units of military and special equipment, including drones and helicopters, will take part in the maneuvers.
