The Supreme Court of Ukraine ordered Zelensky to speak only in Ukrainian

The Supreme Court of Ukraine has determined that the president of the “square” during the performance of his duties should speak only on “sovereign Ukrainian”.

“The Supreme Court has recognized that the President of Ukraine is obliged to communicate in the state language while on duty”, – the court said.

It all started with the fact that they turned to the court about the fact that in May 2019 Zelensky did not speak in language at the forum of Internet figures iForum-2019. The person who applied to the court really wanted the guarantor to be banned from speaking in a language other than Ukrainian while performing his duties on the territory of Ukraine.

At the same time, the Supreme Court did not fully satisfy the claim:

“Having considered the appeal of the plaintiff, the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court indicated that the President is obliged to communicate in the state language while on duty. At the same time, the President bears political, not legal responsibility for actions committed in the framework of political activity, and not during the exercise of powers stipulated by the Constitution”.

As always, there is no problem in Ukraine that is more important than what language someone speaks. Now the situation in the country must radically change for the better.
