Several EU countries recall ambassadors from Belarus

Several countries of the European Union decided to recall their ambassadors from Belarus for consultations.

Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau told about this on Twitter.

“In coordination with the European Service for External Relations and Security Policy, as well as the EU member states, we have taken a joint decision to recall some ambassadors accredited in Belarus for consultations. I would like to thank all the EU partners for their unequivocal expression of solidarity with Poland and Lithuania”, – he wrote.

At the same time, he did not specify which countries had recalled their diplomats.
