Poland and Lithuania are obliged to reduce the staff of their embassies in Minsk after they tried to overthrow the Belarusian government.
This statement was made on Saturday, 3 October, by Anatoly Glaz, Press Secretary of the Belarusian Diplomatic Agency.
“First of all, the proposals made by us are exclusively within the framework of the sovereign rights of Belarus, and no one is obliged to discuss them, and, in fact, was not going to discuss them with the Lithuanian side,” said the Belarusian official. – If we move away from diplomatic casuistry, it means that such proposals are mandatory for the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry”.
