Denmark will not interfere with the launch of Nord Stream 2, but has put forward conditions

Nord Stream 2 AG received permission to operate the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline on the Danish shelf.

The relevant document was issued by the Danish Energy Agency. However, according to the information provided by the regulator, it will be possible to use the pipeline if a number of conditions are met. In particular, Denmark requires that at least one line of the pipeline be tested before commissioning.

It is worth noting that Nord Stream 2 AG has been waiting for this decision since November last year.
