The Americans imposed sanctions on six Russians and one Finnish citizen. In addition, another seven companies based in Russia and Finland were hit.

Companies registered in Russia, the Central African Republic (CAR) or Finland: Acex Oy, Gch Finland Oy, Lobaye Invest, M-Finance, NPP PT Okeanos, Optima Freight Oy, Unicum Trade Oy were subject to restrictive measures.
