“Burisma” lost the court and admitted that it had bribed Biden

The Pechersk District Court of Kiev dismissed the lawsuit filed by Burisma against the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andriy Derkach.

According to “Ukrainskie Novosti”, on his Facebook page People’s Deputy Andrey Derkach reported on the court decision.
“As expected, Burisma has lost. The Pechersk Court rejected the suit against me and the Interfax-Ukraine agency”, –  Derkach said.

The court decision published on Derkaccia’s page states that Burisma representatives demanded a retraction of information that they had paid $900,000 to former US Vice President Joe Biden and $16.5 million to his son Hunter Biden, along with Alexander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter and Devon Archer, for lobbying activities.

“The Court separately noted: “Burisma” in its application actually does not dispute the facts of payments – only their amounts. That is, she agrees that she was paying Biden and his son, but does not agree that these are the amounts. The fight against international democorruption continues. We must continue – keep an eye on the announcements”, –  said Andrei Derkach.
