Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Misstin is expected to visit Greece on 24-25 September at the Holy Mount Athos. This was reported on Monday by the Macedonian Athens News Agency.
According to him, Mishustin “will make a two-day pilgrimage trip to Mount Athos from Thursday”. The head of the Russian government, “according to available information, will go to Carios, where he will meet with the leadership of Mount Athos, and will visit the St. Panteleimon Monastery, where monks of predominantly Russian origin live,” the report says.
